The pre-filters I received did not have the punch-out's to attach to the air purifier cover. It was an issue when trying to put the cover back on because the pre-filter would sag when trying to close the cover. The punch-out's in the pre-filter prevent this from happening since the cover holds onto the filter and ensures that it is centered. I ended up laying my purifier down on the ground and placing the pre-filter over the HEPA filter, then attached the cover. No problem with the quality of the material making up the filter though.

I would have liked to know before purchasing this product that this replacement filter would require modifications to work in the air cleaner it claimed to fit. This specific replacement filter from BULKFilter was not what was presented in the description, and was false advertising totally. After making holes so the filter would fit properly on the tabs, the filter length was still too long for the unit. I sent an email to the vendor, got no response so two weeks later I put the vendor review on the website, and was told to return the filters. Big help that was, since the bag was opened and the filter already installed. I suggest trying another vendor.

When I recieved my hanging lantern today I noticed a few holes in the shipping box and thought the worst but to my surprise everything was there and nothing was broken. I did not realize this lantern is supposed to be hard wired to a box which I did not want but it was easy to wire a plug on the end and plug it in. It seems to be well made and the chain is very strong. I really can't find anything to complain about and for the price for this one compared to some others it's a no brainer. I would recommend this lantern and will probably get another one.

Parts of this lantern was broken when I received it. I am not sure if UPS is to blame, or if it was the way it was shipped..the box was in a much bigger box with no foam peanuts or materials for "cushion", but I was very disappointed that it needed repair or would have had to be returned.
1. One of the glass panes had broken where it goes into a groove of black plastic and had fallen out of the lantern and tiny glass pieces were in the box. It was a small part, so it was possible to glue it into the groove.
2. The pot metal frame that this is made from was very cheap and a corner of it was broken. I used jb weld for it. I find it very inconvenient to return something, especially by mail, so I will normally find a way to repair it before going that route and that is what I did in this instance. Which is lucky for me, because when I pulled up my order information, there was no option to contact them and my route would have been going through amazon or UPS.

This fixture looks just like the picture but is discribed as 19 inchs tall, I must have gotten the pediatric version because its only 12 inchs tall. They must have been measuring the chain and fixture together. Would look good on a very small porch, but on my 20 foot long porch it looks cheap. Buyer beware of discrption.

This enclosure gives great USB2 throughput but even better eSATA performance. I was very impressed with how well the enclosure kept the drive inside cool. I was happy that they include the eSATA cable! USB cable is provided but if your computer does not proved 500ma current, you may have to purchase a power adapter. Most newer computers and laptops meet this requirement so NO POWER ADAPTER would be needed.

Beware if using this with a macbook pro whereupon you may have one usb port per side, the included dual usb cable is not long enough to reach both ports simultaneously. Otherwise it seems like a nice enclosure thus far (I added one of those ubiquitous usb extension cables that used to come with the white imac keyboards to solve the problem..)

Enclosure seems to function well, and it looks great. Its also more or less plug and play, so very easy to use once your drive is installed. Only cons are that it can be a little work to get the drive installed, but this is not an issue if you are simply going to install the drive and leave it in there, as i have. And second, at least with my drive, it vibrates a lot which can be a little loud. I don't leave mine on for more then 30 minutes usually, so not an issue for me, but if you were going to leave this on all the time, it could be annoying.

I have been looking for booties for my 6 month old boy for a while now. I found these and, comparatively, they are very well priced and looked to be cute and versatile. They arrived the mail yesterday and exceeded my expectations. They are beautifully crafted, butter soft, and just darling. They also stay on my little guy's feet and he appears to really like wearing them. I have passed information about these shoes on to all of the mothers that I know. Great price; great product; great cause--- and with little negative impact to the environment.

Love this Weller WESD51 - it's a no thrills product - for a no thrills job, But it does do that job in style.

The wand is very comfortable to use.. Changing out tips is a breeze - the stand is very heavy and sturdy and the temperature is ultimately controllable which helps to prevent damage to sensitive boards and components.

Excellent - all you could need from a soldering iron set-up..

It sucks that allot of people rate things horrible because they had a defective item. It happens. It's something that consumer are willing to accept time and time again in trials because the only thing that can stop some defective items is to jack up the price substantially and perform labor and time intensive testing/ over qualifying of components and labor to assemble components. Also, since you're here buying a soldering iron, It would be assumed that you have some sort of skill in assembling, and understand that at your higher standards of soldering you would not want to make the $25/day or less if you worked in the field of assembling components, nor would you be willing to pay an extra $25 for your item (or maybe you would have bought this at a high up-marked retailer with easy returns.)
Furthermore, people without problems fail to review, while people with problems tend to always review, so beware of inflation on that specifically.

I'm glad i got a Weller, and if there was an issue Weller does work to assist in resolving said issue, it even includes an exploded view of it's simplistic parts to help you identify problems. I couldn't ask for more for the price.

I have used this iron for multiple projects and find it to do a fantastic job. The digital temperature is really handy. I do recommend you get a smaller tip if you plan to do surface mount work though. The tip provided is of the 'screwdriver' variety, and can be somewhat clunky at times.

I was using Lock N Locks for our backing staples (flour, brown sugar, chocolate chips, etc) and liked them well enough. But after seeing the POP containers on numerous cooking shows, I thought I'd give them a try - LOVE THEM!
They're extremely easy to use and take apart for cleaning. They look great and OXO is a brand I trust.
The negatives for me are that you can only put the seal in the dishwasher, not the entire thing. I also wish they were straight all the way to the top so that they stored flat against each other. They're also a bit pricey, but since I'm not buying 100 of them, I can live with it.

Our son loves the pop top and encourages him to snack on more healthy foods. It can hold two quart size strawberries when cut in quarters.

I love these. I bought one big set to start out (which is better value than buying individually), and then supplemented with a few of the shapes and sizes I most often need, like this one. I use it for rice, granola bars, crackers, or anything else that is dry and needs to be kept from humidity.

I keep these canisters stacked right out on my counters, displaying their contents proudly. I don't have enough cupboard space to put them away, but they actually look pretty neat right out in the open, especially with pretty multicolored lentils and rice and such inside. It looks like a nice modern display, and people always comment on how much they like my canisters, both for looks and functionality. Highly recommend for all your dry-goods-storing needs!

This is the worst spatula I have ever used. The "thin yet durable nylon" is peeling off in little slivers. Forget about trying to flip an egg, unless you like your fried eggs smashed up and unrecognizable. Food seems to stick to it like glue. I'll never buy another product like this.

I purchased both the joovy nook and the astro. when they arrived i unpacked both, at first glance i noticed a good amount of size difference between the two. The astro is a good 3 inches shorter than the joovy. For our kitchen a smaller highchair works better however we ulitimately decided to go w/ the joovy. The 2 down falls to the astro were the shoulder strap pillow things and the leg cutouts. I didn't see in the photos, prior to purchasing, the shoulder pillows and they are HUGE. Later i read one person that said they cut them off, i wasn't about to start cutting things off of a highchair i had just purchased. I also didn't care for the leg cutouts, instead i found the joovy easier to get our son in and out of of. I did and do LOVE the base to the astro, its less intrusive than many other highchairs i have tried. If i could make the perfect highchair for us it would have the Joovy top with the Astro legs and folding mechanizm.

PROS:

Size (if you need a smallish highchair)
Seat Material, easy to clean
Folds very easy and compact

CONS:

Leg cutouts
Shoulder Strap pillow things are huge

This is the perfect high chair for small spaces. It is not much bigger than a dining chair and there is NO assembly required. Just take it out of the box and unfold it. So so so easy and looks amazing. My 7 month old stays in place, no slipping and sliding around and the try is just a basic no muss no fuss tray. This is the perfect solution to the big ugly plastic high chair problem.


Astro High Chair by Valco Baby - Chocolate Review by J_Leics

We bought this along with four other highchairs to test. This was the first to be ruled out due to poor product design. The design of the leg restraint / harness is so bad that my son repeatedly got one leg stuck, then the other when I was trying to lift him out of the seat. The leg harness does not come undone.

There were a number of other gripes I had with this product: massive shoulder straps, would not 'grow' with child as well as some products, plasticy material - difficult to remove entire seat cover for cleaning, lots of places for food to get trapped, not such as compact footprint as some chairs....

I would not advise anyone to buy this chair, it has been designed with style before practicality. We bought the Oxo tot sprout high chair, which although substantially more than the astro, we felt it was well worth the money and our son is very happy using it too.

It has to be reserved for all dry ingredients only. No sauces, no salsa, no liquid. That's it - spills is the main reason for me looking for a replacement. I used a gift card to buy this one, so no money lost, but in 6 years of having it I only used it 12-20 times max. And I love to cook and would love to use it more. But I dread the spills and cleanup. I tried so many times to remove/lift the large bowl without a spill - no luck. Even before you try to lift it, while you are chopping stuff -- if there is a tiny amount of liquid it will find its way out the middle tube and down the base and on the counter. The small bowl is hard to lift up without either getting your fingers in the food or having stuff fall into the large bowl.

The first lasted 15 years and the only reason I'm purchasing a new one is that a tiny piece which locks the lid broke off and I can no longer get a lid replacement. I love this processor and use it for so many things. With 15 years of use I'd say I've definitely gotten my money's worth!
